| Carl L. Rankin, 72, of 12th Street, West Pittsburg, died at 7:15 a.m. today in his home after a year of illness. He was born in Armstrong County on Aug. 18, 1900 to the late Matthew and Elizabeth Lowry Rankin ... He is survived by his wife, the former Mabel Little, to whom he had been married 47 years; four daughters ... and eight grandchildren. He was the last of his family of 14 brothers and sisters. ... Burial will be in Rural Valley Cemetery at Rural Valley, Pa.  |
