John DeLancey was the husband of Margaret Jane Ambrose. This picture is undated. Its photographer's mark is E.L. Sayers, Dayton, PA.

John DeLancey, a son of J.C. and Sarah DeLancey, was a farmer in Plumville when he and Maggie married in 1896. After her death, he remarried; his second wife's name was Martha McKee. John died in 1952 and is buried between his two wives in the Rural Valley Cemetery.
