| George Dallas Rearick, 89, of Rural Valley R.D. 1, passed away at 4 p.m. Saturday, October 1, from a heart condition, at Ormond Beach, Florida. Born May 4, 1871, in Kittanning Township, Armstrong County, son of David A. and Susanna Shannock Rearick, the deceased had lived in Florida for the past seven years. His wife, Carrie McMillen Rearick, preceded him in death in 1953. Surviving are two sons and one daughter: Mrs. Adam (Zelda) Bailey of Ormond Beach, Fla.; Lee Rearick, Butler R.D. 3; Francis Rearick, Ormond Beach, Fla.; one sister, Mrs. Harry (Ollie) Rearick in Florida; two brothers, Jesse Rearick, Bradenton, Fla.., and Lawrence B. of Rural Valley R.D. 1. There are 11 grandchildren and three great grandchildren ... ... Interment will be in the Whitesburg Presbyterian Cemetery ...  |
