| (Abstract) John Totten and Lydia his wife, of Hempfield Twp., sell their land for $600 to Philip Wangemon of Franklin Co., PA. This is the same tract of land that they bought from Morris Underwood, Sheriff of Westmoreland County, described in Deed Book 16, Page 414. Witnesses are Robert Montgomery and John Wells. John Wells, Justice of the Peace, states that Lydia is of full age and agrees to the transaction of her own free will. |
